A Delivery Update from Bali Direct

Editorial Team | March 10, 2026 | 0 comment |

Delivering fresh groceries across Bali has always required a careful balance. Distances are long, traffic can be unpredictable, and many of the products we deliver — fresh produce, chilled items and frozen goods — require careful handling.

Over the past months we have been working on improving how our delivery system operates.

From 12 March, delivery costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the distance between our hubs and your location.

We have established hubs in strategic locations to reduce travel time, ensure your products arrive faster and fresher, and help keep our delivery service sustainable as Bali Direct continues to grow.

For most customers, there will be no major change. Delivery will continue across Badung, Gianyar, Denpasar and Tabanan (Kediri, Marga and Tabanan), where the majority of Bali Direct customers are located.

If you live outside of these areas, our team will reach out personally to ensure we can continue to support you as best we can.

As always, our goal remains simple: to connect our customers with the best local food and producers across Bali.

Thank you for supporting Bali Direct and the local farmers, makers and suppliers we work with every day.
