Our best-selling Garlic and Basil cheese is a savory delight, with its creamy texture and delicious flavor profile. Crafted from a fermented and matured cashew base, it’s infused with fresh garlic and basil for a burst of aromatic goodness. Serving suggestions: Spread it on crackers or use it as a sandwich filling to add a touch of savory richness to your meals. For a delicious appetizer, use it as a filling with filo pastry.
Ingredients: Cashew, Basil, Garlic, Nutritional yeast, Lemon, Water Kefir, Salt.
Storage: To keep our vegan cheeses flavorful, we suggest storing them in the refrigerator on a plate or in our wrapping paper, which allows them to breathe and dry. The cheese can be stored for several weeks, and although it will dry out, this can actually enhance its flavor.

It blends well adding a hint of coconut flavor and creaminess. I drink it every morning in my hot chocolate or cacao. I shake the bottle well to break up some of the coconut oil that thickens in the cold fridge then add it to a frother that heats and blends it with my other ingredients. It works perfectly and I really appreciate that I can add my own type and amount of natural sweetener or keep it a bit tangy depending on the dish I am making. I have tried other brands including the BDS brand and they are good but not as good as this one.
