MilkUp! Baked Sweet Potatoes with Tvorog

Ingredients

  1. 4 sweet potatoes
  2. 1 jar MilkUp! Sour Cream
  3. pack MilkUp! Tvorog
  4. 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  5. 1 avocado
  6. some herbed salt
  7. handful of herbs to your liking

Instructions

  1. Clean the sweet potatoes. Pierce them thoroughly with a knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 220º C for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool. In the meantime, season the Sour Cream with lemon juice and some herbed salt. Slice the avocado, add Tvorog and the herbs.
  3. Half the sweet potatoes, plate and garnish with the toppings: a dollop of the Sour Cream, the Tvorog and the herbs. Bon apetit!
