Archipelago Smoked Fish Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
250 grams smoked marlin or smoked tuna
cracked pepper

 

Method

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and dill. Mix well.
2. Flake the smoked fish into the mixture and gently fold in until well combined.
3. Garnish with more dill and/or basil and mint.
