How to use: Run the conditioning bar down the length of your damp hair or rub onto hands & massage into hair. Leave in for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse in warm water & style.

It blends well adding a hint of coconut flavor and creaminess. I drink it every morning in my hot chocolate or cacao. I shake the bottle well to break up some of the coconut oil that thickens in the cold fridge then add it to a frother that heats and blends it with my other ingredients. It works perfectly and I really appreciate that I can add my own type and amount of natural sweetener or keep it a bit tangy depending on the dish I am making. I have tried other brands including the BDS brand and they are good but not as good as this one.
